So if you want in on our mission, read on…

Who we need

We're building great fintech brands from the ground up to raise the standard of living for all Canadians ‒ and that's where you come in.

We need a loyal, trustworthy, reliable, organized, and mature Executive Assistant to be part of our growing portfolio of companies.

  • You'll work directly with the Founders & Co-CEOs to assist and support all aspects of their daily business and personal routines.
  • You'll manage the CEOs' emails and calendars, including scheduling business meetings, personal appointments, engagements, and travel arrangements.
  • At all times, you'll exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
  • You'll serve as a liaison between the CEOs, staff, and third-party contractors ‒ which includes receiving and screening the CEOs emails, drafting responses and answering a variety of questions with diplomacy, and directing messages appropriately for resolution.
  • You'll determine priority of matters of attention for the CEOs ‒ and whenever applicable: redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
  • You'll keep the CEOs advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up action steps are taken care of.
  • You'll handle various personal and administrative tasks including: errands, appointments, package and mail pick-ups, sourcing contractors, reservations, filing, and more.
  • You'll maintain confidential and sensitive information and you're a vault when it comes to confidentiality and separating personal from work matters.
  • You'll attend important meetings on our behalf, take notes on discussions, and prepare minutes and summaries.
  • You'll create and maintain business files, records, and processes using our work management software and Google Suite.
  • You'll do light accounting prep and bookkeeping management when needed.
Who you are
  • Excellence is your intent and your high integrity and discretion sets you apart. You care about your work and doing the right thing even if it's inconvenient for you.
  • You live in the Greater Moncton Area and are legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • You have at least 5 years experience as a personal or executive assistant and have supported leaders of fast-paced start-ups or professional services.
  • "Organized" is your middle name ‒ you get things sorted, completed, and delivered on-time (or earlier).
  • You're a self-starter, reliable, trustworthy ‒ you care about your executives, their mission, and doing your work well.
  • You're a vault ‒ a role model for exercising high discretion, separating personal from work matters, and managing confidentiality.
  • Numbers don't scare you and you're willing to dig into math, spreadsheets, and finances.
  • You're a confident driver who owns a car that you're willing to use for work purposes.
  • You have proven skills using G Suite, Office, and other cloud software.
  • You're comfortable with technology and can learn and adapt quickly.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
What you'll get

We take care of our team. Here's a quick list of benefits you'll get working with us:

  • Hybrid of remote and in-person work within the Greater Moncton area.
  • Competitive salary based on your skills and experience.
  • 100% paid premiums for health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Ample vacation time and standardized public holidays across Canada.
  • New Employee Toolkit that contains everything you need to do your job well.
  • Includes a company phone, laptop, a second monitor, and a dozen other useful items.
