Reporting to the President, Canada, you will provide executive support to the President and other leadership members.

WHAT TO EXPECT :

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization. Here’s what to expect :

  • Preparation of documents from drafts through to final formatting, printing, copying and distribution.
  • Regular handling of highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Handling approaches and business contact from VIPs, Senior JLR Management, the Global Executive Committee and liaising with their appropriate staff.
  • Travel and diary management; displaying an awareness of the logistics of international travel (air, hotels and hire cars) or the day-to-day requirements for other travel needs.
  • Planning and coordinating meetings including offsites and other one-off events.
  • Dealing with general correspondence letters, faxes, e-mails, telephone calls and responding where appropriate.
  • Assisting with events.
  • Performing other duties as required.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including :

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience related to the role.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, attention to detail and a common-sense approach.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams of diverse backgrounds as well as external stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.

Schedule : Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days).
