Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Assistant withreal estate and marketing experienceto support a commercial real estate agent in Kelowna, BC. The ideal candidate will haveexperience in commercial real estate and marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex deal workflows with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track deal documentation, including listing and commission agreements, offers to lease, and purchase and sale contracts
  • Coordinate with conveyance and marketing teams to ensure timely document completion and transaction support
  • Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, signage, and proposal packages
  • Conduct title, zoning, vacancy, and market research using tools such as MLS and other real estate websites
  • Maintain and update CRM with client data, listing activity, and transaction progress
  • Support listing launches, prepare client presentations, and manage data room content
  • Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and team communications
  • Track critical deal dates, prepare extensions or waivers, and ensure compliance with BCFSA standards
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to ongoing business development efforts through lead research and sourcing activities

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, sales support, or marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Canva, and DocuSign
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate documentation and workflow
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss or equivalent) is an asset
  • Knowledge of BCFSA compliance is a plus

Work Location:Hybrid remote in Kelowna, BC

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year (based on experience)
