Reporting to the Vice Presidents of Finance and Human Resources, the Executive Assistant (EA) provides administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of both VP offices. This is a split position, supporting both Finance and Human Resources functions. The EA demonstrates exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. The EA represents the organization professionally, discreetly, and with a commitment to service excellence.
We seek candidates with a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related field, along with three to five years of progressive experience in office administration and executive support within a corporate or senior management environment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Experience in healthcare settings is a strong asset.
