Job summary

Mamoru is seeking an entry-level trader to execute trades and monitor positions during US market hours, with a focus on blockchain markets. The role supports senior traders and requires comfort with spreadsheets and basic scripting.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 years in institutional trading or strong exposure to blockchain markets, plus a degree in Finance, Economics, CS, or a related field. This on-site Toronto position welcomes fresh grads with a keen interest in markets.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of institutional trading exposure or strong familiarity with blockchain markets.
• Experience trading spot or derivatives instruments is preferred.
• Basic understanding of leverage, funding mechanics, and derivatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets to track trades.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, SQL) is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Toronto.
• Flexible to work additional hours when needed.
