Job summary

LTL Contracting Ltd. seeks reliable Excavator Operators and Dozer Operators to join our team in Ontario, Canada. The roles involve a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation, with accommodations provided for out-of-town work.

You will operate excavators and dozers, perform grading and trenching, and follow project specs under supervisor guidance. Candidates should have prior excavator experience and a valid Class G license, with a strong work ethic and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators and dozers on various sites.
• Perform trenching, grading, backfilling, and material loading.
• Follow project specs and supervisor instructions.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and reporting.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic servicing.
• Communicate with ground personnel and drivers.
• Adhere to safety policies and site requirements.
