Job summary

Starwood Hotels, including the 1 Hotel Mayfair venue, seeks a Meeting & Events Operations Manager to lead planning and execution of on-site meetings, conferences, and events. You will be a key operational leader within Food & Beverage, ensuring events are delivered with service, style, and sustainability in mind.

You’ll collaborate with F&B leadership, oversee all event operations, from logistics to guest satisfaction, and manage a team to uphold brand standards and flawless experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end event execution, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage on-the-floor event setup, execution, and breakdown with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary client contact during planning and execution phases.
• Supervise event spaces and staff, ensuring optimal staffing and quality control.
