The role reports to the Senior Manager of Events and collaborates with the Executive Chef, Senior Manager of Food & Beverage, and Sales Managers to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining budget controls and safety standards.
Salary Range: $67,000.00 To $72,000.00 Annually
TO Live is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our Patron & Events Services department on a full-time contract (minimum 1-year) basis.
The Event Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager of Events, will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Senior Manager of Food & Beverage, and TO Live’s Sales Managers to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate, private, and internal events.
TO Live is one of Canada’s largest multi-arts organizations, operating three iconic venues: Meridian Hall, the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts and Meridian Arts Centre. In addition, TO Live presents a full range of performing arts, theatrical and concert events at these venues in both downtown and uptown Toronto. With these two hubs of creativity and content creation, TO Live has a unique place and perspective to activate creative spaces by inspiring local and international artists, connect audiences and to be the nexus for new ideas, elevate artistic potential, and be the catalyst for creative expression that is reflective of Toronto’s diversity.
