Job summary

Penn Interactive is seeking an Events Specialist to join our Marketing team and lead planning and execution of player events and activations, ensuring on-brand experiences that drive engagement and retention.

You will manage event logistics, budgets, guest lists, travel, and vendor coordination, travel up to 50%, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact events. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in events are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing and attending events, activations, or experiential marketing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, marketing, PR, or business administration is required.
• Budget management experience is essential.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination and execution of PENN Interactive events and player experiences.
• Maintain event budgets, calendars, reports and booking records.
• Handle guest lists, seating, travel, accommodations and vendor coordination.
• Provide hands-on support at events and ensure a high-quality player experience.
• Assist with event reporting, spend tracking and ROI analysis.
