The Events Coordinator plays a key role in the successful planning and execution of Globe Events' portfolio of conferences, summits, awards programs, executive roundtables, and custom client events. The role supports all stages of event delivery, including planning, logistics, speaker and attendee coordination, onsite execution, and post-event reporting. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, the Events Coordinator works in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, sponsors, speakers, clients, and attendees to deliver high-quality event experiences. This is a new vacancy, and a hybrid role based in Toronto.
The base salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $68,000 per year. Placement within this rangedependsona candidate'slevelofexperience,technicalskills, and alignment with the role's requirements.Candidates who have been identified as meeting the role'srequirementscan expect to be near the midpointof this range, while the upper end is reserved for those with specializedexpertiseor a strongtrack recordof success in comparable roles.This role may be eligible for The Globe's Annual Incentive Plan, which is based on a combination of corporate and revenue objectives and rewards individual performance.
