Job description

The Event Vehicle Coordinator acts as a Red Bull Brand ambassador and face of our brand, responsible for the Red Bull Event Vehicle (EV), a key marketing asset in our grassroots, field marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and executing the EV schedule across events, supporting sales and consumer engagement moments, and programming content with our social media team. The Coordinator reports directly to the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and has a dotted line to the National Event Manager (NEM), aligning the EV program with brand vision and mission. The role aims to create a dynamic program that surprises consumers both digitally and in real life, with frequent vehicle deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field Marketing, Sports & Culture Engagement
  2. Maintain the vehicle’s optimal operational performance, appearance, and cleanliness.
  3. Implement regional marketing and sales plans for the EV.
  4. Leverage networks within sports and culture sectors to enhance EV programming.
  5. Manage vehicle operations, including A/V setup and teardown.
  6. Ensure adequate cold product supply and track product seeding.
  7. Build and update the vehicle’s media content library.
  8. Obtain necessary permits for EV activities.
  9. Manage travel, entertainment, and activation budgets.
  10. Report monthly on EV activities to FMM and NEM.

Red Bull Media Network Collaboration

Collaborate with content teams to identify and create engaging content featuring the EV for social channels, ensuring timely asset capture and delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of marketing experience.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, partnership management, and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of regional sports and culture landscapes.
  • Experience with low-fi content creation for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Own a compatible smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of content capture.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to operate automatic vehicles.
  • Comfortable driving on and off-road.
  • Sociable, outgoing, and able to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to undertake substantial travel.
