Job summary

Seventh Heaven Event Catering in Etobicoke, ON is expanding our elite team of Event Supervisors for flexible freelance opportunities.

As onsite leaders, you will manage event staff, coordinate logistics, and uphold our high standard of service across intimate private dinners to large galas. You will lift and move equipment, liaise with kitchen and venues, and ensure guest satisfaction from setup through teardown. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event catering or hospitality leadership.
• Able to work in a variety of settings - from private homes to major venues.
• Physically able to lift and carry event equipment.
• Flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid G driver's license is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload catering trucks safely and efficiently

About the Role

As an Event Catering Supervisor, you'll be the onsite point of contact ensuring smooth, professional execution of each event. You'll lead teams, coordinate logistics, and uphold our standard of service that keeps our clients coming back.
