Job summary

Top IT Firm is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support the execution of a client hospitality sponsorship program. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously while ensuring priorities remain on track.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, execution schedules, and deliverables.
  • Manage ticketing requests, distribution queues, inventory, allocation lists, recipient tracking, substitutions, and last-minute changes.
  • Oversee forms, documentation, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Track project milestones and proactively identify risks before they become issues.
  • Ensure all sponsorship, ticketing, and hospitality activities comply with company policies, approval processes, privacy standards, and record-keeping requirements.
  • Coordinate hospitality events from planning through execution and post-event reporting.
  • Own event logistics, execution plans, and operational delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and ticketing partners to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage pre-event, onsite, virtual, and post-event activities.
  • Support sponsorship activations and hospitality programs while maintaining a high-quality attendee experience.
  • Partner with internal business teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support the execution of a client hospitality sponsorship program. This role sits at the intersection of program management, event operations, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution, ensuring sponsorship assets, hospitality events, ticketing programs, and business operations run seamlessly.

This is a highly execution-focused role where the successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, coordinate complex logistics, oversee compliance and operational processes, and proactively anticipate business needs. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with senior stakeholders, and keeps projects moving without requiring constant direction.
