Job Description

Our IV Loft Wedding & Event space is seeking a passionate, driven, and outgoing candidate for the position of Event Sales Manager at our brewery in Hespeler Village, Cambridge, Ontario.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving event sales, pursuing new opportunities, and meeting revenue targets.
2. Collaborating with the event planning and operations teams for seamless execution.
3. Managing client relationships and developing proposals.
4. Engaging and educating the public about our brand, products, and events.

Job Requirements

1. Understanding and passion for craft beer.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
4. Customer-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
5. High School Diploma or equivalent.
6. Minimum two years of sales experience with a focus on customer service.
7. Smart Serve Certified.
8. Formal beer education (Prud’homme or Cicerone) is a plus.
