Job summary

Encore Global Jasper in Jasper, AB is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to support the Event Technology team by selling equipment and services for events of all sizes, with a focus on sub-$5K revenue. You will handle order entries, opportunity management, billing, and client follow-up, reporting to the Sales Director or Director, Event Technology.

You will directly sell smaller events, respond to clients across channels, and maintain CRM accuracy while maximizing revenue and adhering to profit

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma; BS/BA is preferred or 1+ years of sales/event experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency with computer software and programs.

Responsibilities

• Directly sell smaller events such as BEO bookings, exhibitors, affiliate business, and ICW events.
• Enter sales orders and manage opportunities, billing and follow-up.
• Provide sales administration support and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Attend client meetings and respond to client questions and concerns.
• Follow up with clients through final billing and post-event evaluations.
• Collaborate with aligned venue leadership teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
