Job Summary

Job Description

– Event Programmer

Location: Remote in Canada

Division: Ticketmaster Canada

Line Manager: Manager, Event Programming Operations

Contract Terms: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)

The Team

The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with clients to understand their business practices, ensure objectives are met, and clients can utilize Ticketmaster products/platforms.

The Job

As part of the Event Management team, you will support clients in event management, including building and updating events based on work requests.

Responsibilities

1. Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements.
2. Input and verify event data in Ticketmaster Host system.
3. Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments for event creation and information sharing.
4. Develop relationships with clients.
5. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• 1-3 years’ experience with Ticketmaster System or related field.
• Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate creativity and problem-solving.
• Box Office experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the entertainment industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in computer use and data entry.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
