– Event Programmer

Location: Remote in Canada

Division: Ticketmaster Canada

Line Manager: Manager, Event Programming Operations

Contract Terms: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)

The Team

The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand their business practices, ensure their objectives are met, and enable them to utilize Ticketmaster products and platforms.

The Job

As part of the Event Management team, you will support Ticketmaster clients in their event management needs, including building events and updating them based on work requests from clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and resolve related errors
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations, and support
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Technical Skills and Competencies

• 1-3 years’ experience with Ticketmaster System or related field
• Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Creativity, problem-solving skills
• Box Office experience a plus
• Awareness of the entertainment industry
• Knowledge of TM departments and external clients
• Flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Excellent communication, organizational, and data entry skills
• High School diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred
