Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Event Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships, the Event Fundraising Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, administration, fundraising, stewardship, and participant engagement activities for Baycrest Foundation's signature fundraising events, including Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health, Pro-Am for Alzheimer's, Pickleball for Brain Health, and other assigned initiatives.

The Event Fundraising Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for participants and donors, helping to deliver an exceptional supporter experience through responsive service, fundraising assistance, stewardship activities, and event-related communications. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.

Given the nature of fundraising and donor engagement activities, this role requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support and attend Foundation events, donor functions, committee meetings, and other related initiatives.
