Da Vinci Centre in Thunder Bay, ON, is seeking a part-time Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, follow recipes and Smart Serve guidelines, and handle cash and electronic payments on-site.

You will set up and stock the bar, maintain cleanliness, monitor inventory, and support smooth service during events by collaborating with the event and kitchen teams. The role requires standing for long periods and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including drink preparation, menu familiarity, and safe handling practices.
• Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems to process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated bartending skills, including mixology basics and responsible alcohol service.
• Valid Smart Serve.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
• Attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or event venue is an asset but not strictly required.
• Available for scheduled shifts arranged in advance and day-to-day operational needs, with flexibility to adjust availability.
