Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartending experience in hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and guest engagement.
• Smart Serve certification required; food handling certification a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with servers and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, delivering a warm, memorable experience.
• Mix and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks per recipes.
• Make beverage recommendations and pairings for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, promotions, and features.
• Ensure responsible service and compliance with policies and laws.
• Process orders and cash handling accurately at shift end.
• Keep bar clean, stocked, and organized.
• Support opening/closing duties and inventory prep.
• Collaborate with F&B team and other departments to ensure service.
• Assist with events and high-volume service when needed.
