The City of Edmonton is seeking an Event and Attraction Host to provide exceptional customer service at various facilities. This role involves managing bookings, directing facility access, and ensuring enjoyable experiences for all attendees. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this position, along with completion of Grade 12 education or an equivalent certification.
As an Event and Attraction Host, you will work at City of Edmonton attractions and recreation facilities and provide superior customer service and support to patrons. You will ensure bookings and events are well-managed and enjoyable for all in attendance. As a representative of the City of Edmonton, you will be providing front-line service in a professional, calm and diplomatic manner. Hours of Work: 0-30 hours per week
Salary: $21.906 - $27.069 (Hourly)
Salary ranges are in the process of being updated in accordance with the recently ratified collective agreement between the City and CSU 52 and will be forthcoming shortly.
