Job summary

Shift Collab is a clinician- and women-led national virtual mental health practice in Canada with 100+ therapists. We are seeking licensed therapists who can commit to 6–9 PM EST, weekdays, with some weekend availability.

This independent contractor role focuses on delivering excellent virtual care while we handle scheduling and operations. Applicants should have a Master’s in Social Work or Counselling Psychology and be MSW RSW or RP-registered, with at least 2 years post-licensure experience

Qualifications

Master's in Social Work or Counselling Psychology and MSW RSW or RP registration.
Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience.
Professional liability insurance.
Reliable internet and a secure, private workspace.
Fluency in languages beyond English is a strong asset.
Vulnerable Sector Check required for all successful candidates.

Responsibilities

Grow your caseload through our marketing, client matching and referrals.
Conduct excellent Meet & Greet sessions and build strong therapeutic relationships.
Deliver high-quality clinical care and thoughtful treatment planning.
Handle clinical work while we manage scheduling, billing and admin.
