Job summary

Aztrix Solutions is seeking a Shunt and Dock Worker for Mississauga, ON. Start date: immediate. Shift: flexible start between 8PM and 4AM, weekly variations.

Rate: CAD 28 per hour. You will safely shunt trailers in the yard, assist dock with loading/unloading using a forklift, and stage and verify shipments while communicating with the team to keep transport operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• AZ License preferred with previous shunting experience.
• Forklift experience loading/unloading trailers.
• Ability to efficiently secure trailer loads maximizing space.
• Dependable to work independently with no supervision.
• Clean criminal background required.

Responsibilities

• Safely shunting trailers in the yard
• Assisting dock with loading and unload trailers with forklift
• Properly staging, stacking, and verifying shipments
• Effectively communicating with team to ensure transport operations continues smoothly
