Plasti-Fab, a Carlisle Company, is hiring for a machine operator to support daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves preparing machines, feeding materials, and ensuring quality while adhering to safety standards. Shift runs from 3pm to 11pm, with potential overtime and no travel required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned manufacturing machinery to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure standard work is followed.
• Stack, sort and bundle materials per department guidelines.
• Assist with housekeeping and 5S/SQDC practices.
• Record production data for quality control and improvement.
• Support with quality checks and end-of-line tasks as needed.
• Be a team player and follow safety policies at all times.
