This temporary full-time role involves providing high-quality nursing and personal care to residents, supervising support staff, and coordinating with families. A strong background in geriatrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses.
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is an asset.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per policy, orders, and plan of care within RPN scope.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality nursing and personal care.
• Create a welcoming environment through teamwork and communication with staff.
• Oversee resident care and communicate with families; guide staff.
• Supervise PSWs/Unregulated staff on the unit; manage admissions and status changes.
