Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Bobcaygeon is seeking a Personal Support Worker for evening shifts (TPT) totaling 30 hours per week. This role supports long-term care residents, focusing on daily living activities, compassionate care, and meaningful resident engagement.

The position requires completion of a PSW program, eligibility to work in Canada, and the ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check. Evening schedule covers Sa, Su, Th, Tu.

Qualifications

• Completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work permit.
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Ability to provide bedside care and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with resident care and services under supervision and prescribed training.
• Support resident comfort, well-being, and participation in programs.
• Provide respectful communication and assistive device access as needed.
