Nortera Foods Inc. is seeking an Evening Packaging Supervisor to oversee floor operations at the Bedford factory in Estrie. The role focuses on maintaining and improving packaging performance, coordinating workforce planning, and updating department procedures to meet KPIs.

The ideal candidate has a DEC in operations management or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in a similar role, and strong proficiency with Office tools. Health and safety and quality are emphasized in daily tasks.

• DEC in operations management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly production meetings with floor operations teams (DMS).
• Update and maintain efficiency and productivity indicators for the packaging department daily.
• Support LEAN program implementation in the packaging department.
• Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions with the director to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with QA and OHS to monitor action plans maintaining production, safety, and quality procedures.
