Reimagined Parking in Calgary is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to perform general upkeep, routine maintenance, and daily custodial tasks in a busy parking facility. You will help maintain equipment, assist guests, and ensure safety standards are met.

Shifts run 3pm-11pm Wednesday through Sunday, with potential changes and overtime based on operational needs. The role requires reliability, communication, and a customer-focused approach to deliver a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform routine custodial and basic maintenance tasks.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning to keep the facility and parking equipment in good working order.
• Carry out daily custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Maintain garage appearance; clean and maintain painted surfaces to company standards.
• Inspect parking equipment daily and assist with repairs as directed by supervision.
• Clear debris from entry/exit ramps and designated areas using provided tools.
• Monitor janitorial supplies and place orders as needed per procedures.
• Interact professionally with guests, addressing questions and concerns; escalate when needed.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
