Job summary

Indigo Park in Calgary is seeking an Area Manager to coordinate and oversee daily operations across multiple parking locations. You will manage staff, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with policies and contracts.

You will lead staffing, training, and operational improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency, reporting to senior management and attending client meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.
• G class driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Experience in the parking industry is an asset.
• Bilingual (French/English) is required; strong communication is essential.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff.
• Excellent organization and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage parking locations and ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately.
• Assist the General Manager and Operations Manager with annual budgets and attend client meetings.
• Oversee policies, contracts, and billing for each location; manage audits and reporting.
• Coordinate operations and staffing to maximize revenues and efficiency.
• Conduct on-site staff training and ensure policy adherence across locations.
• Review monthly revenue reports and support payroll and invoicing processes.
