Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Social Services or equivalent required.
• Grade 12 education plus two years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Crises Intervention Skills Training is an asset; must be able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tenant intakes and provide support services and assessments.
• Identify tenant challenges, develop service plans, and assist with crisis intervention and financial/medication management.
• Ensure basic needs are met by working closely with individuals on a long-term basis; complete paperwork and maintain data.
