Job summary

La Société Financière Manuvie seeks a strategic Project Manager to lead global HR technology and transformation initiatives from discovery through adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, balance business outcomes, risk, privacy, and security while delivering measurable value.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with business and product leaders to translate outcomes into executable delivery plans, governance, and milestones, guiding complex programs across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technology or transformation projects.
• Experience implementing enterprise platforms (Workday Learning, Talent, or similar).
• PMP or Agile credentials; SAFe/ PMI-ACP is a plus.
• Change management credential (Prosci or CCMP) is a plus.
• Ability to balance priorities in a portfolio with dependencies.
• Influence without direct authority across diverse stakeholders.
• Training or certification in responsible AI or data governance is a plus.
• Strong delivery with predictive, Agile and hybrid methods.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, global business and technology initiatives from discovery to operations.
• Translate outcomes into executable delivery plans, governance, milestones and benefits.
• Apply predictive, Agile, or hybrid delivery methods based on risk and readiness.
• Own integrated plans, budgets, forecasts, resources, vendors, risks and benefits.
• Build alignment across business owners, product teams, HR, technology, and legal/privacy.
• Embed privacy, security and regulatory requirements into delivery plans.
