• 5 years IT experience in a highly regulated, global financial institution.
• Advanced understanding of Enterprise Desktop management practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships.
• Design, develop, and deliver Employee Technology solutions.
• Manage incidents and problems for prompt resolution.
• Support end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery to optimization.

Skills
