Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking a senior QA lead to accelerate engineering transformations for client projects in data-intensive environments.

You will guide functional and automation testing, own data-validation work across Data Cloud initiatives, and mentor teams in Agile settings. Proficiency in SQL, Azure, Python, and Pandas is essential to ensure reliable analytics pipelines and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in functional and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of ETL testing.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Experience working with Data Cloud.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Data Warehouse, and Azure.
• Good knowledge of Python and Pandas.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Ability to take ownership of team deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across projects and ensure quality standards.
• Design and implement automation strategies and ETL tests.
• Mentor and guide a testing team to improve capability.
• Collaborate on data cloud initiatives and analytics readiness.
• Develop complex SQL queries to validate data integrity.
• Work with Python and Pandas for data analysis tasks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Own deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
