  • 8 to 15 years of experience, including significant experience in ethics, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in industries serving public sector customers, such as infrastructure, energy, or engineering.

Here, progress is not always easy. The scale is immense, and the challenges are complex. But the impact is real. When the system works, the train moves, and the city stays connected, it creates a lasting sense of accomplishment. And a legacy that endures.

Bilingualism

Proficiency in both French and English is required for candidates based in the Province of Quebec. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when interacting with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
