Job summary

Downright Demolition Ltd. in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a driven Estimator/Project Manager to join our team.

You will estimate costs for interior demolition projects, read blueprints, and engage with clients to present proposals while coordinating with site superintendents and foremen to keep projects on time and on budget. From initial client contact through project completion, you will manage CRM records, pursue new business, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Client Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, attend networking events, and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
• Estimating: Review project plans and blueprints, develop accurate cost estimates for interior demolition projects, and present proposals to clients.
• CRM Management: Utilize a CRM system to track client interactions, organize project follow-ups, and manage project workflows.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of demolition projects from initiation through completion, collaborating with site superintendents and foremen to ensure successful outcomes.
• Sales Accountability: Drive sales by converting leads into contracts and ensuring high client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout each project.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the General Manager, reporting on sales targets, project statuses, and any emerging issues or risks.

Downright Demolition Ltd. specializes in interior demolition projects throughout Edmonton. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for estimating project costs, networking with potential clients, and managing demolition projects through to completion. You will work closely with site superintendents and foremen to ensure project efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
