Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project estimating experience in custom fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience working in a commercially driven environment with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and data modeling for cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end development of detailed commercial proposals.
• Develop cost models using internal standards; assist in equipment design.
• Review RFQ/RFP packages and route deliverables to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify leads and finalize commercial agreements.
• Ensure scope, pricing, and specifications align across projects.
• Participate in estimate-to-actual reviews and tool enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy of proposals, cost models, and contractual alignment.
• Support project execution with financial accuracy and risk mitigation.
