Amrize is hiring an Estimator to support the estimating team and assist with daily bidding activities for diverse projects in North America. You will review contracts and plans, prepare budgets, set up projects, and coordinate with the Estimating Manager and General Manager to finalize bids. Strong Excel, Project, and Bluebeam skills are required; B2W is a plus.
The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and collaboration with customers and subcontractors to optimize cost and schedule outcomes.

The primary objective of this position is to provide support to the estimating team and assist with daily bidding activities to secure various project opportunities in the market.
Education: A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Business is preferred or equivalent experience. A combination of educational background along with skills / experience will be considered.
Required Training/Certifications:
Required Work Experience: Estimating experience preferred; project management and field supervisory experience a strong plus.
Required Technical Experience: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam takeoff software. Experience with B2W Estimate software is a strong plus.
