Job description

We are looking for a rare combination - someone who can build a precise SolidWorks drawing, develop a sharp and accurate estimate, and build genuine relationships with clients.

We build critical, custom equipment for demanding industries across North America - mining, forestry, energy, and automation. This role sits at the heart of our project workflow, from initial client conversation through to manufacturing. You will work closely with our engineering team and contribute directly to how we win and deliver work.

This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on industry experience who already has relationships in the field and understands what it takes to win and deliver work in a demanding industrial environment. Existing contacts in mining, forestry, energy, or industrial sectors are not just an asset - they are a genuine differentiator for this role.

  • Support the engineering team with drawing revisions, BOMs, and documentation.
  • Liaise across engineering, production, and management to ensure estimates reflect real costs and achievable timelines.
  • Maintain drawing and document control standards.
