Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its Civil & Infrastructure Operations team. You will support bid growth on large projects, perform quantity take-offs, and price labor, equipment and materials with a trade‑driven approach.

You will collaborate with proposals teams and client groups to secure bids, interpret specs, and ensure pricing accuracy while building strong partner relationships. Hybrid work is offered for many roles.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant estimating experience in construction.
• University degree, college diploma, or certificate in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in project coordination and teamwork.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders.
• Understanding of the bid process cycle.
• Strong research skills for project expenses.
• Expertise in quantity take-offs for pricing accuracy.
• Solid computer skills with estimation software.

As an experienced Estimator working in the Civil & Infrastructure Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will support new and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade‑driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success.

This Role Could Be For You If You Have
