Job summary

Assured Automotive in Woodstock, Canada, seeks an experienced Estimator to prepare precise repair estimates and coordinate vehicle repairs for customers and insurers. The role focuses on accurate damage assessment and clear communication throughout the process.

You will leverage Mitchell and Qapter, maintain OE guideline compliance, and partner with the team to hit KPI targets while advancing your professional growth within the Boyd Group network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year estimating experience in a collision repair environment or similar.
• Experience using Mitchell and Qapter.
• Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices and OE guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate estimates for the damage of vehicle and repairs to be completed.
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure ASE is updated accurately with important details from every customer interaction.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.

Also, estimators inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles, documents and parts needed for repairs.
