Job summary

WhiteWater seeks an experienced Estimator to develop detailed cost estimates for waterslide complexes and aquatic play structures in a fast-paced environment. The role involves reviewing team output, performing gap analyses, and producing documentation that supports proposals and budgets.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, prepare BOMs and take-offs, and manage RFQ processes while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic, safety-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Engineering or project management degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in construction or manufacturing estimating preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction/engineering drawings.
• Fluent written and spoken English; legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for waterslide complexes and aquatic play structures.
• Review work produced by team members using analytical skills.
• Conduct gap analyses on commodities and prepare reports with findings.
• Create BOMs and take-offs from scratch; draft scope of work in estimates.
• Prepare RFQ documents and review contracts for completeness and compliance.
