Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures, guidelines, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, or similar).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Solid professional references.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely estimates using industry-standard software.
• Guide customers through the repair experience with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and insurers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Stay current on modern repair methods, vehicle technology, and insurer requirements.
• Assess damage on EVs, hybrids, ADAS-equipped vehicles, and vehicles with advanced materials, ensuring OEM-compliant repair planning.
• Identify when high-voltage safety procedures, calibrations, or specialized EV processes are required.
• Support quality, safety, and operational excellence through accurate repair planning.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance shop environment.
