Menicure Grooming is redefining personal care for modern men. Our upscale grooming lounge in Toronto offers a full range of esthetic services tailored to men who want to look sharp and feel confident. We're seeking enthusiastic, experienced estheticians to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to determine client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Conduct thorough hair analysis and consultations to determine appropriate treatment for successful hair removal
• Perform a variety of skincare/hair treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing and laser
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, products and home care regimes
• Promote and sell skincare products and services to clients
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in performing a variety of skincare and hair treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and key ingredients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Proficient in using various skincare tools and equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and other locations
• Comfortable working with males and socializing in a men’s grooming facility
