Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a professional esthetician to deliver facial and skin treatments, advise on products, and build a loyal client base at our Toronto counter. You will set up appointments, support promotions, and collaborate with Beauty Advisors to maximize client satisfaction and sales results.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of esthetics experience, a makeup artistry and aesthetics certification, and a strong service mindset with sales acumen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide facial and skin treatments per department standards.
• Recommend products based on client analysis.
• Develop and maintain a personal clientele; follow up with clients.
• Book clients, set up promotions as instructed by Sales Manager.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and support counter objectives.
• Maintain stock and keep cabins and equipment clean and functional.
• Collaborate with Beauty Advisors and other counters to maximize productivity.
• Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.

Summary

Provides esthetic treatments and skin services to clients according to department standards, building client loyalty and contributing to sales goals. Delivers facial and other skin treatments, recommends products based on client needs, and ensures treatment rooms and equipment are maintained. Works collaboratively with beauty advisors and counter teams to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide facial and other skin treatments using specialized products and techniques per department standards.
• Recommend appropriate products based on analysis of client needs.
• Develop and maintain a personal clientele; follow up with clients and send thank-you notes to first-time clients.
• Book clients, set up outposts and execute promotions as instructed by the Sales Manager.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and support achievement of counter objectives.
• Perform stock keeping duties and ensure cabins are kept neat, clean and equipment is functional.
• Work in partnership with Beauty Advisors and collaborate with other counters to maximize productivity.
• Comply with health & safety policies and privacy and cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Professional makeup artistry training and aesthetics certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar esthetician role.
