Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Trust Support Associate to support Solus Trust with service delivery, banking tasks and compliance. You will work closely with Trust Officers, assist with estate and trust accounts, and help maintain accurate banking records and reporting.

The role emphasizes client service, collaboration across teams, and adherence to privacy and regulatory requirements. Post-secondary education and 2–3 years in trust or financial services are preferred, with English/French

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trust products, services and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
• 2–3 years experience in trust, accounting, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Solus Trust team and clients.
• Assist Trust Officers with estate and trust account administration tasks.
• Liaise with banking partners for account openings/closings and transactions.
• Maintain client banking records and reporting related to service delivery.
• Ensure compliance controls and risk processes are followed.
