Escalation Engineer - Continia Document Capture & eDocument Solutions
Continia is looking for you – a talented Microsoft Dynamics Business Central engineer passionate about solving problems and delivering top-class customer support. If you're strong in communication and enjoy close interaction with partners, end-users and colleagues, this job is for you!
About your role
As an Escalation Engineer in the Document Capture & eDocument Development team, you'll work with our 1st level support team, partners and the internal engineering teams. Your primary effort is to coordinate and find clever solutions to technical problems.
Your primary tasks will include the following:
