Escalation Engineer - Continia Document Capture & eDocument Solutions

Continia is looking for you – a talented Microsoft Dynamics Business Central engineer passionate about solving problems and delivering top-class customer support. If you're strong in communication and enjoy close interaction with partners, end-users and colleagues, this job is for you!

About your role

As an Escalation Engineer in the Document Capture & eDocument Development team, you'll work with our 1st level support team, partners and the internal engineering teams. Your primary effort is to coordinate and find clever solutions to technical problems.

Your primary tasks will include the following:

  • Support: Responsible for 2nd-level support tickets and resolving them. These support tickets typically need more in-depth technical expertise and analysis.
  • Technical issues: Investigate and solve highly technical problems related to infrastructure, configuration, or code-level - either by yourself or in cooperation with the support and/or development teams.
  • Identification: Identify emerging trends or recurring escalation scenarios and work with software engineers and supporters to mitigate them in the future.....

Dependent on your location, you can be based in either Denmark (Copenhagen or Aalborg), or Lithuania (Vilnius).

  • Independent team player: you have the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Good English communications skills: a large part of your job will involve working directly with partners, and engineering teams in Continia
  • Enthusiasm: You have a thirst to go the extra mile and are thrilled about making a significant difference for thousands of companies
