Job summary

The City of Hamilton is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead a large-scale Finance and SCM ERP transformation. You will drive client-side activities, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

You will manage planning, governance, risk, and executive reporting to realize expected benefits across the organization. This role requires a PMP and extensive ERP implementation experience.

Qualifications

PMP certification required.
10+ years progressive enterprise project management experience.
Led two end-to-end ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle Fusion ERP, MS Dynamics 365, or Infor).
Strong knowledge of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing, Grants, Budgeting).
Strong knowledge of SCM processes (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Inventory).
Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead client-side ERP transformation across Finance and SCM.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
Manage governance, reporting, and stage-gate reviews.
Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management.
Ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and business benefits.
