Job summary

Alteo is seeking an ERP Analyst for a permanent, hybrid position in the Montreal area. You will contribute to evolving the ERP system, modernizing the application environment, and developing data analytics capabilities.

You will work with internal teams on databases, applications, and BI tools, delivering improvements, reports, dashboards, and automation while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent.
• 4-8 years of experience in a similar ERP/IT role.
• Strong interest in enterprise systems, applications, and data.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and an analytical mindset.
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Improve the company’s systems and applications.
• Evolve and optimize the ERP system.
• Analyze and resolve technical, application, and functional issues.
• Assist users with enterprise systems and applications.
• Participate in data queries, extracts, and analyses.
• Support Microsoft SQL Server environments and data integrity.
• Develop tools, reports, dashboards, and automations.
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and propose solutions.
