ERP Sustainment Systems Analyst

Overview

Apply now for the position of ERP Sustainment Systems Analyst, based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB. This full-time role involves supporting and improving the JD Edwards (JDE) platform and related third-party software. The position offers a work-from-home arrangement with occasional in-office requirements, and is ideal for detail-oriented, critical thinkers passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide tier 2 and tier 3 ERP support, focusing on JDE platform interoperability, security, environment management, and third-party integrations.
2. Assess and resolve ERP incidents and technical requests, documenting root causes and solutions.
3. Configure JDE applications, conduct testing, and manage change processes.
4. Engage in troubleshooting, environment management, security, and integration activities.
5. Communicate system updates effectively to stakeholders.
6. Assist with compliance audits and contribute to platform improvements.
7. Maintain standards for system stability, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ERP application support, security, and continuous improvement roles.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and working with external service providers.
• Business Analyst certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in JDE configuration and management tasks is desirable.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
