Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic ERP Manager to lead our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) function. The core responsibility of this role is to ensure our primary ERP system, Momentus, effectively supports the organization’s strategic and operational goals across various departments.

The ERP Manager is responsible for overseeing the ERP function and ensuring that the Momentus ERP system effectively supports the organization’s strategic and operational goals. This role partners with the Finance Operations Senior Manager to shape the ERP roadmap, lead system implementation and optimization projects, and oversee the ERP team’s development. The ERP Manager ensures that the ERP platform enables efficiency, data integrity, and integration across finance, event management, and hospitality operations—particularly during the Stampede.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
  • Execute the ERP strategic roadmap in alignment with business priorities and future organizational needs.
  • Partner with the Finance Operations Senior Manager to shape and maintain the ERP strategic roadmap and multi-year enhancement plan.
  • Evaluate ERP capabilities against organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Recommend investments and system enhancements to leadership.
  • Prioritize competing business requirements and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging Momentus features for potential adoption.
  • Lead system implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects to optimize ERP functionality and performance. Lead implementation, upgrades, and configuration projects.
  • Manage data migration, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Oversee integration with other organizational systems.
  • Drive change management processes for ERP-related initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align ERP initiatives and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Align ERP strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
  • Translate technical information into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

System Administration & Governance
  • Ensure system integrity, compliance, and effective governance, including security and documentation standards.
  • Review, evaluate and implement major system changes and monitor overall performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
